I received several emails telling me my parcel was on its way but received no call before it was supposed to be delivered - and in fact it has not been delivered. I am very disappointed and hope you will look into this failure for me as a matter of urgency.
I was given two delivery dates, yesterday and today, but have received nothing,not even a card or email to say it could not be delivered - although, according to one email, it has been delivered. I can assure you that it has not arrived.
