So far they have failed to deliver two parcels to me. On Friday they rang th gate bell. BY the time I got to the gate some 30-40 seconds later the van was no where to be seen and a failed delivery note was pushed into the letter box
A previous parcel a few weeks earlier had the same issues and 3 failed attempts to "deliver". Finally after many telephone calls I managed to arrange a 4th attempt and finally got my parcel. Either use someone else, or drive to the shop. It will be so much easier
