There was no call to advise one hour delivery slot, as promised
Parcel was delivered to correct "leave safe" location but no attempt had been made to ring or knock at front door, or to leave a note that delivery had been made. House was occupied throughout the day. Only by checking "Leave safe" location at 6.30pm that parcel was found. No idea how long it had been there. Dry ice bags contained with food had certainly thawed but excellent packing ensured no damage to contents.
