One star because I eventually got the parcel after a fortnight after placing the order! My Gran could have walked it here quicker! There was some excuse about the delivery address not being recognised but I find it difficult to believe that it is hard to find a building, built in 1861 in a Hamlet, which has daily deliveries from other parcel companies a bit hard to swallow.
