Assuming you are referring to the hermes driver on Saturday, it was shocking. I saw the van but assumed my other half had taken the parcel. He was unaware of it however. There was no card. Tracked on website- said it had been left on the porch. We don't have a porch. After much chasing the courier and at their direction the sender, eventually found it camouflaged amongst other cardboard in our wheely recycling bin. The other parcel which was posted at the same time has yet to be delivered.
