It took 3 attempts to deliver this parcel. I was made aware of the delivery date and made sure that I was at home to receive it.
I then received an e-mail telling me I was out and that it would be delivered the next day, I was still waiting the next day when a further e-mail told me I was out.
The next day I discovered the parcel dumped on the doorstep of the house next door, ten yards away.
Not a good effort on the part of your delivery driver.
