I'm not sure which parcel you are referring to when you say the parcel I received yesterday. I received a parcel in the middle of last week, not yesterday. After the parcel was delivered I had an email apologising and saying the courrier had been delayed but would deliver the parcel as soon as possible. As we are expecting more than one parcel I am rather confused about which parcel(s) have been delivered or delayed!
