Your email dated 2nd March requesting I rate your service, makes reference to a delivery yesterday. Yesterday was a Sunday. No parcels are delivered on a Sunday. Furthermore, if I carry out this review I will be entered into a draw.......which occurred on the 1st March. I take it I didn't win...but then again I had no chance really.
Your delivery service is excellent, parcel came three days ago. Your review system is worryingly inadequate.
