Parcel due to be delivered between 1227 and 1327. I was in all day and did not hear anyone knock on the door. Tracked delivery online and discovered it had been delivered at 1230. It was NOT delivered to me. I later discovered it had been delivered to a neighbour across the road. There was no card put through my letter box to tell me where the parcel had been left. This is a disgraceful service. I have emailed the sender of my parcel to inform them of the kind of service you are providing for them.
