This survey email dated 2nd March told me I received a delivery yesterday on Sunday 1st March. I didn't. So obviously I'm going to rate this supposed delivery as low as possible. I did get a parcel delivery on Friday but the delivery driver was already nearly back at his van within 30 seconds of knocking. No signature was required and I've no idea which courier/delivery company it was.
