We never received our parcel, when chased by Icon Nutrition, the parcel company said it had been left with a neighbour (however our house number was given) and signed for by Hardwod (my surname is Harwood) so the Driver obviously forged my signature, did not leave it with a neighbour and subsequently our parcel is now missing. A VERY poor service.
