My parcel was not delivered yesterday (Monday) It was delivered the previous Friday. I did email you to tell you I could not be available but the parcel was delivered to a neighbour.
I do not like having to go to my neighbours for a parcel it's embarrassing. What is the point of emailing you and you take no notice.
