Your service was a complete shambles,I paid extra for a morning pick up but nobody turned up till 20 mins after the between 8-1 timeslot,driver turned up In a uk mail van,not one of yours,never had the labels that again I paid extra for,couldn't give me any proof that he was taking my parcel,very poor service overall!!!!!
