Initial parcel meant to be delivered on 5/2. Waited in but not delivered. Rang Exeter depot to rearrange for 6/2 but again didn't arrive. Rang them again to get delivered on the Saturday 7/2 before 10:30 but again did not turn up. Emailed your complaints dept , Hodges?, but they didn't bother to reply despite auto acknowledgement email confirming receipt. After realising they had most probably lost the parcel I contacted TalkTalk to send another of the same. I eventually received parcel 3 weeks later
