I can't imagine how the address you used was so wrong. The original address from which you collected the parcel was 10 Trowlock Island, Teddington, TW11 9QZ. The address you delivered the return parcel was 10 Broom Water West, TW11 9QH, Fortunately the householder there had the common sense to ring us up and deliver the parcel himself.
Of course it may be the original sender who was at fault, who I am contacting as well.
