The driver didn't check his notes to pick the parcel up from front porch even after to attempts and calling customer services. I had to personally drop the parcel off myself at the depot in birmingham.
Then the item was damaged during transit so now i was unable to get a refund from the supplier. Overall a very poor service and i wish i had done the overall 180mile trip myself. If a job is worth doing its worth doing yourself not using a poor courier service.
