I organised this parcel to be collected from an "outside address" and to be delivered to my home address. I paid an extra cost to have it collected between 08;00 & 13;00, and was very unhappy to find out it wasn't collected until nearly 17:00, which meant the people it was being collected from had to stay home and cancel their afternoon appointments and they weren't very happy with me. Will I get refunded or even an apology?
