The parcel was left on doorstep. Should have had a signature and could easily have been stolen. (£300 rug).
Sadly, the wrong rug was dispatched. I have waited in on two separate Friday's for this to be collected for return, each confirmed, but failure to attend.
Hate complaining, but your logistics are terrible.
