Was told parcel would be there via text for a certain time, so I took the day off work, parcel did not arrive in time stated, I was then sent another text to say parcel was still on its way and would be with me that day, so I waited all day and no parcel arrived, I then received an email at 6:42pm to tell me that my parcel would not be delivered today, after I had waited all day as the texts I had received from you said that it was still on its way, very poor
