This is the worst parcel delivery company I have experienced and I get at least 4 parcels per week. The driver drove past a 3feet by3 feet sign with my address and directions on it and left the parcel at Carrot cottage which had a sign outside obviously not Carrot moor farm.The people were in the house but he never knocked the door to ask but just left the pair of tyres at the door. I phoned after I saw on the internet that they had been delivered but was told to phone back in a couple of hours.This is poor customer service!!! I had to get in my car and drive 1.5 miles and go round six houses to eventually find my parcel. A very poor service and I will tell sales company to change their delivery company.
