I was told by Ebay I would receive a delivery on one of two consecutive days by your company - I waited in both days. No delivery. I phoned and you blamed the vendor. So I arranged a day for me to travel to your depot and we duly attended in the afternoon only to be told that the parcel was on a lorry. Eventually it was delivered. Two days and one wasted trip. How bad can it get?
