The parcel that you delivered was not the correct one.
My name and address was not on the original from the seller.
You incorrectly sent my parcel to another buyer and vice versa.
Utterly shambolic.
I now have a pile of utterly useless records and have to go through thuds process all over again.
So far, terrible service.
