I raised seven queries with my next day pick up and next day delivery, for two packages, one of which I finally received two weeks later. The location of the other is still unknown! The website is poor, as you cannot add any punctuation characters, which stops you cutting pasting text from other sources into your message. You are also restricted to the number of characters that you can put into the message and hence cannot get all the details in.
On a the positive note I did get a full refund.
