Been using them for years but lately "lost" half a dozen very expensive parcels with NO pay out ! One driver left at side of house (the wrong house ) even tho I paid extra for signed for !! Lost a huge contract with top notch client because of their inept service !!
I even wrote via recorded delivery to their CEO who did not reply !
Very bad service and after service !
