I received an email telling me my parcel had been delivered, when in fact it was still on the van. As a result I thought it had been delivered to wrong address and spoke to Sorting Office. They never got back to me and I had to go out. They then tried to deliver later that day when I was not in so had to go and pick up from sorting office. Not impressed at all.
