Failed to deliver the parcel on 4 occasions as said they could not find the address and did not have the phone number despite sending numerous text messages and phone calls eventually had to drive 120 miles to collect it. Customers services are appalling wount phone you back wount have a manager call despite repeated requests, and told me to collect it myself.
Would not recommend or use again.
PS I am still waiting for them to phone a week later. So much for same day
