Steer clear: two apparent failed attempts to deliver. Both drivers saying no access, absolute rubbish. Was also told by advisor on phone that the hour timeslots are estimation only so it was perfectly fine that my 1130-1230 may not come till 430. How convenient for ukmail that the tracking failed at 1220.
In the end I had to collect from the depot as can't trust their lying delivery drivers.
