Firstly you are lucky that these drivers work for you.
All the drivers that have delivered to my address have been polite, and professional.
However, I must say quite clearly that this delivery should have been made on Wednesday 27th May and not 1st of June.
I have incurred additional cost purchasing an alternative product for a job as the delivery was late.
When I need a timely delivery I will not be relying on your service in the future.
