I would like a refund. I paid the full shipping amount to the shipper to have the package sent.
I needed it to arrive in London on the weekend of June 13/14 to complete a major task for my company. After booking the shipping, the sender asked to upgrade the transport to a Saturday delivery. As it turns out, in spite of his waiting throughout the day on Friday, the Ipostparcels man never arrived. Consequently, there was no chance that I would receive the item in time.
Regarding the delivery time - yes, it was nice that it came early & luckily someone was here to sign for it. But I took 2 hrs off to return to the receiving address for the delivery time that had been sent to me.
I am not impressed with your service.
I frequently have large packages to send & I will seek out other supplies.
I will send a copy of this communication to the shipper & I would like that the full shipping amount be refunded to my PayPal account : boxolight2@hotmail.com.
Lastly, it is nice that you provide the incentive to complete your questionnaire - but its a little redundant as today is June 17 & apparently, by completing this survey I will be entered in the " free draw on the 1st June to win £50 Love2Shop vouchers!" (you may want to update that- doesn't look to professional/credible as it stands.
