I accidentally let my IQCent account sit dormant for 9 months after taking a break from trading. Returning, I found inactivity fees had been deducted, which was frustrating given my long history as a loyal client. However, their customer service team kindly reversed the fees at my request with no hassle. I appreciate their understanding approach to valuing relationships over nickel-and-diming clients. And their 24/7 multilingual support is there when needed. My only suggestion is to extend the inactivity window to 12 months before charging fees. But the resolution showed me they care.
