What is pleasantly surprising is the customer support’s responsibility. I had some issues and I can conclude that queries get addressed fairly quickly, and live chat is genuinely helpful. It’s refreshing to see a support team that actually knows the product rather than just copy-pasting generic responses. But I noticed that support availability could be expanded. At peak hours, response times stretch longer than expected. A 24/7 service would make a noticeable difference.
