They say withdrawals take about an hour, but in my case, it dragged out for more than a day. That’s not great when you’re counting on fast access to your funds. Also, the fee structure feels hidden. I only noticed extra charges after they were already deducted. While the web interface is decent and functional, the whole experience feels a bit rough around the edges. Could be great with more polish.
