My account has been under review for weeks now, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I’ve submitted over five support tickets and called the customer service line multiple times, yet no one has bothered to respond. To make matters worse, when I tried to close my account, I was told I couldn’t do so because it was under review. This has easily been the worst experience I’ve had with any app.
More than 24 hours later, I’m still stuck in the “under review” limbo, unable to close my account or access my funds. It felt like I was completely ignored, with no way out. Just when I thought things couldn’t get any worse, I came across BELMA GREENBERG. They took control of the situation, sorted out all my issues, and had my funds restored.
Thanks to BELMA GREENBERG, my nightmare finally came to an end. If it weren’t for them, I’d still be stuck in the same frustrating cycle.
