I bought 3 toilet brushes which supposed to arrive within 5-10 business days and i has not arrived in more than a month now. As result I went to nuy from another supplier! I contacted the customer service several times and they said that it was blocked by customs for several days which caused the delay, but it's not my fault! I asked for a refund since I had to go and buy them to another supplier and they ridiculously told me that to get the refund I will have to wait to receive the item (whenever that is going to be ) and return it! Absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
