If there's one thing that stands out, it's their support team… but there are more aspects in which they are doing great. However, about the support, I reached out with a payment issue, which was my mistake (Long story, I used a virtual card for the deposit) )and to my surprise, they actually resolved the issue pretty quickly. They changed the transfer from one card to another, and I was able to withdraw my physical card.
I thought it would take a lot of explanations and stuff, but to my surprise, they understood the issue very fast. ⚡
