I found out that if you don't trade with them after depositing the money, there is a fee on the withdrawal amount! After my request and a few back-and-forth emails, customer care did not take any action, even though my case was legitimate. If M-E-R-S-E-Y-H-I-P.C-O-M had not intervened, I would have lost all of my money, including the account, I would have been in serious debt.
They came to my rescue and got my whole money back.
