Poor customer service that felt mean and unempathetic, especially for international customers. Their sizing charts are inaccurate and unreliable, and they will not take any accountability for their errors. As an international customer I would not feel comfortable ordering them again as if they make an error you are out a substantial amount of money as they will NOT refund.
