Too bad I cannot give this scammer a big fat ZERO! Ordered canopy chairs but I only recvd the pouch that a chair would go in instead of my chairs. I also fault PayPal for letting such a predatory operation do business on their site…. PayPal’ stance, when I put in a claim for a refund of $79.98, is “…this cannot be accepted as a claim of NO DELIVERY, since the merchant did send you SOMETHING”!!!! Really, PayPal?? So much for protecting ys! I’m now very Leary of PayPal and try not to use PayPal as freely as I once did. After this episode — I’ve pretty much lost confidence in PayPal too. Lesson learned.
