Beware of this company. It states a uk web address, but if you wish to return your rug you have to pay shipment to USA or Switzerland. When you complain you are simply told it is in their returns policy. Do we expect to return everything and read every policy on a web page. No... we just believe the headlines. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY but you are mislead believing it is in the UK
