Ditto Ditto Ditto. This company is/should be investigated under state law as its sending faulty/wrong stock. We ordered a £400 rug, sent completely the wrong one, said we could keep it and then would send a replacement. Customer services (Latoya) doesnt answer phone or emails. Have made a claim via Paypal but also talking to North Carolina state departments.
