Totally agree with reviews
I wish I had read before purchasing.Had to pay postage to return rug as it didn't suit.I was offered ridiculous keep and have a partial refund or keep and have a discount on my next purchase !!
No they didn't get it - the rug wasn't suitable so I wanted to return .Returned and still waiting for a refund which will be £89 - £22 postage to return .Customer service isn't up to speed.Better not to use this company unless you are sure that the rug is the right one
