Poor quality and hugely overpriced. I tried to return the rug but would have had to pay postage to a warehouse in either USA or Switzerland. If iRugs arranged the return the postage cost came to 50% of the purchase price. I was offered a 50% discount as an incentive to keep the rug. Obviously this is why their products are overpriced. As the URL had a .co.uk suffix I didn't think to check the return destination.
