Ordered a ‘washable’ rug. Clearly not possible to fold and fit in washing machine. Emailed 4 times for returns form to return and get refund. Replies asking for photographs, then sent washing instructions, then An offer of £55 refund (I paid £289) for a poor quality, non washable rug. Still no returns from. Now taking up with my Credit Card company to get money back as only silly responses from this company.
