This company sent a terrible, low quality rug which looked nothing like the website pictures. I was horrified to learn that this is not a uk based company and returns were to go to the us or switzerland. This makes returns very costly. As the rug was total junk I cannot see the point of shipping this to switzerland at a terrible cost to the environment. This company should be investigated. Warning to others DO NOT BUY
