Wish I had seen the reviews before I purchased. Similar experience to everyone else. Rug £139 not as in the picture. Even tough they say uk you have to return to Switzerland or USA. Extremely bad communication. I have decided not to pursue and will give the rug to son for student house. Do not buy here. Horrendous customer service
