I ordered a rug from them only to find out it was shipped from the US. The website is misleading, there is no returns information init either and can only be obtained by contacting the support. I was told I had to send it back to their warehouse in Switzerland it back to the US. Alternatively, they would offer a FedEx label but will deduct £36 from the refund amount.
