This company is 100% a scam. We are pensioners in our 70's and cannot afford to lose money. My Wife is disabled and therefore spends a lot of time on social media where she came upon a promo by Richard Branson!!!!! She is not tech savvy so doesn't know about or understand AI, she contacted Isa-Limited and made an initial investment of £250. They started calling regularly and as she did not understand all the gobbledegook that they talked she passed them over to me. They were extremely plausible and as her "holding" had grown to over £2000 in a few weeks I risked a further £250, unfortunately I was fooled into doubling that a few days later (and I am naturally cynical and very cautious), so now we had a total of £750 "invested" and we were able to check our accounts and see the sum growing although the website changed on a regular basis. The phone number they called from changed every time and from different European countries, but they explained this away as a system that ensured security. Eventually I had one person calling me on Whatsapp so the number was constant. They tried to get us to "make up" our holding to £8 or even £10,000 by investing a further £3,000 or more and as it was nearing the end of the month the advisor would get a nice bonus if we did, and the company would match our investment effectively doubling it!! I explained we were pensioners and could not afford it. I already had serious doubts about the "investment" as it was too good to be true. I repeatedly requested a withdrawal and after opening a Revolut account and a Crypto.com wallet I tried to withdraw our initial investment, that became £170 because the price of crypto currency had fallen. Unfortunately although that went into the wallet, I was unable to transfer it to Revolut because my computer couldn't read the QR code and there doesn't appear to be another way of accessing the funds. That is something that I still have to check, but I think it was just intended to in-still confidence in me. They then suggested I use my Wise account to enable verification with a third party. They asked me to transfer £3500 (equivalent to the value of my "holding"), convert it to Euros (so far, so good) then transfer it to a third party whom they insisted was a company but was just an individual's name (sounded Russian?????). They said it would never leave my Wise account, but that's absolute rubbish and I refused to do it. The advisor then said she would talk to her "supervisor" and he would call me, which he did. He told me the only way now to get my money out was to mirror the amount by transferring the equivalent to my wallet, that would be £8,000 as my Bank would prevent a deposit of that amount from an unrecognised source as it was so large. This really confirmed all my suspicions because my "holding" had "grown" to £5216, (my Wife's was £8,500) in the space of a few months and he didn't even know the correct amount I was going to withdraw. He insisted I had to withdraw it all whereas in the beginning we were told we could withdraw any amount at any time and leave the balance. He also said that Isa-limited had incurred significant fees every time I had asked to withdraw funds, but only one transaction had occurred, we had never got past trying to prepare for a withdrawal in all the other cases. He said if I did not "mirror" the sum then we would lose the whole of our investment. He didn't seem to comprehend that if I transferred £8000 to mirror the holding then I would need to get £16,000 back to actually recover everything, so not a mirrored transaction at al, plus this size of transaction was not exceptional in my account over the years. I now have to report the scam to the Police, get a crime number and then contact Revolut.
