I placed my order 12 days ago (9 working days) and it still hasn't arrived which is extremely frustrating. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is because the customer service team replied promptly when I got in touch last week to ask for an update on my late order which was good. However, the answer didn't really help and I'm still waiting so not exactly ideal.
