Hi my name is James and I’ve emailed multiple times since the 10th of November, I ordered €80 worth of products on the 5th of November, how ever it didn’t arrive on time. So I emailed continuously for multiple days until I got a reply, apparently the processing and dispatch team missed my order. That was fine, but it’s now the 25th of November and I still have not received my order. My order is #SS0361735 and I would like a response ASAP, this is disgraceful customer service and I warn anyone who might consider buying from this company. If I don’t get a response I’ll have to contact my bank in order to get my money back from this slow serviced ‘company’.
