Placed an order for 2 day delivery. 2 weeks later abs several emails to chase and still no delivery. Sneaker-Sheilds response was sent but not delivered and when it is returned to them, they will refund. Now a month later, and they are still saying they haven’t had it back (who knows who from, it never got delivered to anyone) so they won’t refund.
Terrible customer service, poor communication, no idea if the product is any good!
